◯Regarding returns and exchanges <br>We have established the following rules regarding returns and exchanges of products.

2.Returns and exchanges due to size
At Luan, we want petite people to be able to enjoy shopping with peace of mind.
We offer a size return and exchange service. (Shipping charges apply).
Please apply for size returns and exchanges within 2 weeks from the shipping date.
Please note that size exchanges are not possible in the following cases:
1. If you purchased the product at a store other than the official online store, such as POPUP. 2. If you have exchanged the size once (re-exchanges or returns are not possible after the size exchange).
