The following payment methods are available.

*For convenience store and bank payments, items will be shipped as soon as payment has been confirmed.
Payment is due within 3 days of purchase. After that, your order will be automatically cancelled.

All products are priced at a flat rate of 540 yen (tax included) nationwide. If your purchase total is 20,000 yen (tax included) or more, we will deliver your order free of charge.

Normally within 5 business days after receiving your order
We will ship your order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

You can check the current delivery status using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

We cannot accept cancellations after an order has been completed, or changes to order details (product color/item/quantity/size/delivery address, etc.).
Please carefully check the items, quantity, color, size, and delivery address you wish to order before proceeding with your order.

We do not accept returns due to customer convenience. If the product is defective, we will deal with it as soon as possible, so please contact us from "CONTACT" to let us know the status of the product.

We cannot specify the date and time of purchase.

We are unable to issue a receipt to the name you specify.
A receipt/delivery note will be included with the product, so please use it.

We currently do not offer gift wrapping services.
