<About canceling or changing your order>
As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order after it has been confirmed. Please carefully consider your order before confirming it.

<Returns and exchanges>
The following rules apply to returns and exchanges of products.

1. If the product you purchased is defective
In the unlikely event that the product you purchased is defective or has a problem, we will check the defective part and promptly replace or refund the product.

Please contact customer support (luan-official@rsvtokyo.com) within 7 days of receiving the product and return it.

Please note that we will not be able to accept returns after 8 days from the date of receipt of the product.

We will cover the shipping costs associated with the return.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please return the item by cash on delivery.
If the same product is out of stock, we will refund your money.

【Note】
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products purchased from any other site. Please contact the store where you purchased the product.

2.Returns and exchanges due to size
At Luan, we want petite people to be able to enjoy shopping with peace of mind.
We offer a size return and exchange service. (Shipping charges apply).
Please apply for size returns and exchanges within 2 weeks from the shipping date.
Please note that size exchanges are not possible in the following cases:

① If you purchase from a store other than the official online store, such as a POPUP store
② If you have already exchanged the size (Once you have exchanged the size, you cannot exchange or return it again)
3. If you have had the garment hemmed or altered
4. If the product becomes scratched or stained in a way that cannot be removed

3.Returns and exchanges of non-defective products
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience.
Please note that we cannot accept returns due to differences in color or image.

[About refunds]
If you use online convenience store payment,
Refunds will be made via bank transfer or cash registered mail.


If you use credit card payment,
Refunds will be made through the credit card company you used.

Regarding the timing and method of refund,
Please contact your card company directly.
No interest will accrue on any refund obligations.
