All products on this website are priced at a flat rate of 540 yen (tax included) nationwide.
A single purchase of 20,000 yen If your order is over this amount (tax included) , we will ship it to you free of charge .
<Shipping Method>
Products will be shipped by Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport.
<Delivery days>
Normally, we will ship your order within 5 business days after receiving it (excluding pre-order items).
Products will be shipped and delivered on business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after payment is confirmed.
However, this may not be the case for remote islands other than the main island of Okinawa.
Please note that this may not apply in areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are held .
About canceling or changing your order 〉
As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order after it has been confirmed.

<Returns and exchanges>
We have established the following rules regarding returns and exchanges of products.

*We cannot accept direct returns or exchanges for products purchased from any other site. Please contact the store where you purchased the product.
2.Returns and exchanges due to size
At Luan, we want petite people to be able to enjoy shopping with peace of mind.
We offer a size return/exchange service (shipping charges apply).
Please apply for size returns and exchanges within 2 weeks from the shipping date.
Please note that size exchanges are not possible in the following cases:
① If you purchase from a store other than the official online store, such as a POPUP store
② If you have already exchanged the size (Once you have exchanged the size, you cannot exchange or return it again)
3. If you have had the garment hemmed or altered
4. If the product becomes scratched or stained in a way that cannot be removed
